Information for you to know:
Special Route buses – carry our senior citizens and disabled passengers from their homes to shopping centers, doctor appointments, etc. Their scheduled destination is set up daily. We cover Harrison and Hancock County.
Fixed Route buses – these buses travel the same schedule every day.
You, as the Advertiser, are responsible for having the artwork produced and delivered to our office. CTA does normally require a six month minimum contract. In the event a contract is negotiated for less than six months, the advertiser will be required to pay contract in full upfront. At the time the contract is signed, the advertiser will need to pay the first and last month upfront then CTA will bill on a monthly basis. The advertisers are required to keep accounts current and in the event the account becomes past due, CTA does have the right to terminate the contract. Advertisers are issued a credit if advertising is down due to bus repairs.
CTA does allow Political Advertising; however, ALL political advertising must be paid in full at the time the contract is signed. CTA cannot reserve bus/bench space for a designated future time frame.
