Coast Transit Authority (CTA) invites everyone to ride FREE all day during Try Transit Day on Thursday, June 18, 2026!
Ride any of CTA’s public transit fleet which includes CTA’s nostalgic trolleys, Battery Electric Bus (BEB), hybrid electric buses, and dual-fueled (gas and propane) buses. Travel routes through Ocean Springs, Biloxi, D’Iberville, and Gulfport. CTA wants the community to experience how riding public transit can save passengers money, boost the economy, and promote a greener community.
Meet CTA employees at the Biloxi Transit Center (820 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Biloxi, MS 39530) from 11 AM to 3:30 PM to learn about Coast Transit and for giveaways and refreshments. Also learn what attractions and local gems are just a bus stop away with special appearance from Coastal Mississippi.
