Due to a downtown crosswalk replacement project in Ocean Springs, CTA will have a detour on Ocean Springs – Route 7. This will go into effect on Monday, February 19th, through Wednesday, February 21st, 2024. The detour will be as follows (red line marks detour):
- At Highway 90, the bus will make a right turn on Washington Ave.
- The bus will make a right turn on Desoto St.
- The bus will make a left turn on Jackson Ave. (please note the Samaritan House stop)
- The bus will make a left turn on Calhoun St. (please note the Villa Maria stop)
- The bus will make a left turn on Dewey Ave.
- The bus will make a right turn on Porter Ave. and then continue the regular route
