Coast Transit Authority (CTA) will observe Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. There will be no bus service on Christmas Eve (Sunday, December 24, 2023) as well as Christmas Day (Monday, December 25). Regular bus service will resume on Tuesday, December 26. The CTA office will close at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 21, and reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 26.
On New Year’s Eve (Sunday, December 31), all fixed route buses will run a regular Sunday schedule. On New Year’s Day (Monday, January 1, 2024), CTA will run a Sunday time schedule for fixed route buses due to the holiday. Regular bus service will resume on Tuesday, January 2. The CTA office will close at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, December 29th, and reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 2.
