Subject: CTA Hurricane Ida – Update 2
Hurricane Ida is expected to make landfall Sunday around the LA/MS state line.
Due to storm conditions, regularly scheduled services will not run on Sunday or Monday. Based on favorable road conditions, we plan to resume bus operations on Tuesday, August 31st.
CTA has a dedicated staff that is prepared to provide Hurricane Evacuation Transportation for Harrison County, to move residents out of harm’s way, once shelters are open. If you are in need of emergency transportation register online at www.CoastTransit.com or call 228-896-8080.
