Due to the Clash Coastal Mississippi Triathlon, from March 27- 29, we will be adjusting our service. On Saturday, March 28 on this event day, to help with rider connections during excessive traffic on Highway 90, a (temporary) Express Route will operate between the Gulfport and Biloxi Transit Centers for passengers with a non-stop route (only getting off the bus at the transit center) via the interstate. This will operate in lieu of the Beachcomber for Saturday. The Beachcomber will now remain in service for Friday, March 27th. The Beachcomber- Route 1 does not operate on Sundays.
The route will have pick-ups at both transit centers at approximately: 5:30 a.m., 6:15 a.m., 7:00 a.m., 7:45 am, 8:30 a.m., 9:15 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 10:45 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 1:45 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:15 p.m., 4:00 p.m., 4:45 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:15 p.m., 7:00 p.m., and 7:45 p.m. There will be one fare per express route ride.
Riders are encouraged to plan their trips accordingly and expect delays due to the traffic increase.
